1. In the German's mind he would be thinking how they got that machine gun and is that boy going to shoot me.

The German might be scared that there is a army corp in the Fortress.

I think the German would of been thinking **** when he saw the gun and chas would of been thinking hey a German should I shoot

they couldnt of shot him because the machine gun was broken and the german got fooled in believing it was live
